PLUS the latest academic opinion on bias is that it cannot be avoided. Even the choice of topic reflects bias. ;)

So in all fairness Nosher does have first hand ( lol ) experience and thus automatically supersed most of us with only theoretical discourse and second hand ( lol ) data.
