Finished the 10 Heer I started yesterday and now off for a s***, shave and a shower before heading off with some old forces buddies for a belated Christmas Dinner <:-P

Got a feeling i might be a bit tender in the morning :D
I don't think my wife likes me very much, when I had a heart attack she wrote for an ambulance.

One week on, and yes I did have a major hangover from my forces reunion/belated Xmas dinner 8-}

This evening I managed to start my Heer HQ section, a MG Crew and a mortar crew for Bolt Action and have assembled (ready for undercoat) the reinforcements for my SAGA Irish which arrived in todays post.

In between this I managed to squeeze in a game of Space Hulk ;)

Are they all over 50?  :D
When you realise we're all mad, life makes a lot more sense.

A friends wife made a similar comment about SAGA. Unfortunately I can't take the rules seriously after that ;D.

Will probably look to have something street like otherwise the chaps would look out of place :)

Finished a 250/9 for BA today and have made a start on my Gentlemen's Shooting Party ;)

Eldest daughter arriving 'on leave' this evening so lots to catch up and quite a bit of beer stacked up in the fridge to see us through into the wee hours :)

Nothing done on the painting front since mid-February as i now have a grand total of four jobs on the go thanks to the recession and funding cuts :d

I have managed to get a fair few units undercoated and prepped ready for painting and have managed to find some time in between jobs to get an occasional game in :)

I'm also just heading into a new cricket season so the painting schedule is likely to grind to a complete halt... (should the temperature ever manage to get above freezing and be complimented by some sunshine and wind which might give me a small chance of having 11 completely waterlogged pitches ready in time for matches in a fortnight!)

Wish me luck!

OK. so now the new job is up and running and training is now over and I'm officially 'on the road' I had better get some serious gaming in ;)

Nothing done on the painting front since April due to work and studying, but finally managed to get a game laid out ready to play tomorrow afternoon. :D

Battle Group Overlord :)

Now if England can skittle the last few aussie wickets tomorrow early on I wont get distracted!
