Thanks everyone  -  as I've said before these are great figures, and really reward a bit of effort in painting them.

I've put off painting them for ages, and now am really getting through some units.

Marquis de Boiseleau's Regiment, Jacobite



This was an Irish regiment from the Cork area, commanded by a French officer (you might have spotted this from the name!)

Cheated a bit with grey undercoat on these - as they have grey coats. Even though they have had a dry brush of light grey, I think I will lighten them further. They will get red cuffs.

Would you really carry a pike like that? It looks like a broken collar-bone waiting to happen from accumulative bouncing! I mean to say, ouch!
