Well the American left is shaky as we lost a miliitia brigade as its morale collapsed but we have forced the Brits to withdraw a fair bit on the right and bloodied the nose of the 71st (or 73rd?) Regt.

the game still has a fair way to run to see which side will take control of the field, though the Guards brigade has yet to really see action as they seem to like showing off that they can do fancy manouveres that the miliitia can only dream about. Next session should see them meet a brigade of Virginia Continentals.....that should sort out the wheat from the chaff 

Have to say that all the troops look fantasic on the table and the wing scale V&B rules we are using work really well.

Lovely, lovely work as always. My basing etc stopped in its tracks due to busy period at work. A few days of in lieu so hope to resume soonish.

71st Peter and one wing of the 23rd got a very nasty shock when those Milita had the temerity to charge their flank
The Guards aren't the ones hiding behind woods and hills

Definitely a fun game with the decision still much in doubt, rules are working really well
