When you say gardening you mean basing?

Nice painting as well
If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

Terrific bunch of figures, Paul. And realistically based.
When you realise we're all mad, life makes a lot more sense.

Belated thanks for the kind words  :-[ :) :D

This project will unfortunately be delayed by my ITLSU 1917 project http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,10663.msg137331.html#new :(

I aim to do 4 batches of 1917 troops, which will give me enough forces for a supported Brigade/Regiment on each side, before doing some more AWI in the new year.  :-\

The Royal North Carolina Regiment and Lawson's Virginia Militia Brigade are probably next in line :-w

This project has been sitting for a while  :-[ :-[ :-[

I blame Sir Peter Jackson and the Perry twins http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,11412.0.html

Not only did I need to look back in this thread to remember what I last painted  :-[ :-[ :-[ Eaton's North Carolina Militia Brigade
I also got a warning that I should consider starting a new topic because nothing has been posted for at least 120 days, it has been twice that :-[ :-[

So now that I just need to base the current batch of my 1917 project I'm looking at what to paint next in this project.

With 7 months to go to the 235th aniversary I am aiming to paint enough figures for the Battle of Cowpens.
I have about half the figures painted so it should be do-able :-\ particularly if I can make some progress before Peirre the Shy's latest order arrives (although it includes some figures I need for Cowpens ;))

So I will sort out the 7th Foot, Royal Fusiliers and the British Legion Infantry and get started on them

A very productive day  :) :) :)

As well as progress on my 1917 project I finalised the V&B Wavre scenario for next weekend and..

sorted out the 7th Foot, Royal Fusiliers, British Legion Infantry and 17th Light Dragoons

A few of the figures were slightly tarnished, they have been sitting in my lead pile that long X_X

I have removed the very limited flash and washed them ready to mount on my painting rods (once the Camels and artillery crews make way) :)

Order has been dispatched from UK to home so will be there when we get back. AWI and 1917 take preference over my 1914 extras.
