I find this forum helpful as motivation, knowing  people are keen to see what I am painting. I am amazed I've had nearly 2,500 views 

Occasionally when I feel the need for a little more motivation I make a prediction,  such as "Will base them over the weekend and hopefully get them varnished as well weather permitting" to set myself a public target 

So thanks again for the inspiration, feedback & motivation

Finally real life and the weather have cooperated and here are the American artillery that I finished 10 days ago.







North Carolina (3pdr), Singleton's (6pdr) & Finley's (6pdr) Artillery

Have made some progress on the Guards but this Saturday is also a real life day

It's a project like this that finally pushed me over to edge to start an AWI army myself!
