Will have to do a couple of batches of Americans after these to keep the forces balanced, they are the Guard!

The ones I'm about to paint won't,  they're British!

The ones in the Borodino refight were only French (running for cover)  ;)

Battle damaged flag inspired by Matt of Munslow, thanks for the advise. I use printed flags so I haven't worked out how to do quite as much damage as Matt can to his single sheet painted flags

Thanks All for the positive feedback  :) :-[ :)

I find this forum helpful as motivation, knowing  people are keen to see what I am painting. I am amazed I've had nearly 2,500 views  :o

Occasionally when I feel the need for a little more motivation I make a prediction,  such as "Will base them over the weekend and hopefully get them varnished as well weather permitting" to set myself a public target  ;)

So thanks again for the inspiration, feedback & motivation

I feel your pain Paul as this frequently happens to me :(.

Yes, when I think of all the armies I could have had if the wife hadn't squandered all that money on food and rent.  :(
