Kev, there are indeed some Indians Native Americans in my lead pile. I'm planning on having one band of Cherokee and another of Catawba.

Read recently of some Cherokee assisting Loyalists to defend a fort in April 1781. Will make an interesting small scale scenario with a bit of a twist

Didn't break but they took a real hammering and were not much use for the rest of the battle.  The Russians managed to retake the Fleches

The fact that they were so rarely used was why the French Line contemptuously dubbed them "the Immortals".

Finished painting the current batch of 24 artillery crew, 48 infantry and 6 guns. 

Will base them over the weekend and hopefully get them varnished as well weather permitting
