I'm about to start my 10mm Plains Indian project and was wondering how to base the figures. The mounted figures look good on pennies but what about the foot?

Thanks in advance.

Are you planning on using any particular rules?

If you are after a skirmish look, but without having loads of individual figures, then  I would suggest 2 or 3 figures on a 25mm round base (2ps are good for this), or a 30x20mm rectangular base.

If you want to go individual based then 12mm steel washers work well - they are big enough and heavy enough to keep the figures upright.

Hi

In 10mm I'd go for 3 infantry per rect base with a few 2s and 1s to make 'change' for single casualties. If you've only got 30-40 go singly.
