The 'generic peasants' sound good. I'd want a bundle of those as spear fodder for my Asian force.

I need to do a bit more digging on the Yurts to finalise the designs.  From memory, they came in varying sizes, with the biggest being around 30ft across, and the average being 15-18ft.  So, we'd be looking at doing a few varieties, so maybe a 20mm / 30mm / 40mm diameter options?  That should give enough variety while not taking up too much space on the table.  Price-wise, we'll have to wait and see how much resin they take up, but I'd expect them to be somewhere around £5-6 once they reach retail.

I'll go for 2 x MON 9, 1 x MON 10 AND 1 X MON14.
