Getting Older and Totty

As I get older I find myself watching TV or a film and finding older women attractive.  Yes the twenty somethings are gorgeous but I find the older women much moe interesting.

Take the TV Series castle

Molly C Quinn is a gorgeoes 19 year old  redhead  - and I have a thing about redheads. BUT Stana Katic  the 35 year old is far more appealing.

Is it just me or as we get older do we natuarally find those nearer our age more attractive

35 is young from my point of view!

It works to a point.

I think we appreciate different things in older women. I would much rather spend an evening with Joanna Lumley than say Beyonce Knowles. Beyonce is, I would suggest, unable to discuss Gurkhas in great depth.

I have found that at my advanced age, a 19 year old like Molly C Quinn I just want to protect and keep safe.

All in all, I'd rather be wargaming.

Well..one must clearly distinguish between girls, women and ladies (not only using age to discern those)

Well, I am 32 and appreciate both Lisa Randall (50yoa) and Karen Gillan (25yoa)

At my age, I am just grateful for anything.  ;)

I was only telling a group of children yesterday that Colossians 4:2 says

"Always be watchful and thankful."

That applies to when Totty is around too!

I might be a man of the cloth but I gather that my halo is still on hold.

Hugh that is surely is just admiring Gods Creation?  You shouldn't loose your halo for that.

Thanks Orcs,

I tried that excuse with Mrs Hugh.... didn't work.  :-[
Hence the delay on the halo - she has a hotline to Him upstairs.  ;)

If you loose your halo, it'll fall over your head and become a necklace!

Which said, I remember finding women in their fifties attractive when I was in my early twenties; and in my 50s myself now, I still fancy some lassies in their early twenties. In fact, breakfast today was much enriched by the company of a couple of Dutch houseguests. Would that I'd discovered nudism at a younger age! (rushes off for an arthritic but priapic cold shower)
Where was I? Oh, yes...Apart from the page three details, so much depends on a warm smile, direct and confident eyes, and a relaxed manner which says "Look all you like, I know I'm beautiful". These things really can make it into later life.

Surely as a man of the cloth you should have priority over Mrs Hugh to Him upstairs. Could you not get her calls moved to a less senior person - some minor Saint, or minor prophet - say Hubbakuk,  or at least down to Gabriel. Then you might be in with a chance of your Halo

Failing that suggest she reads "Song of Songs" there is plenty of Totty gazing in that.  :D

That's why all our Bibles are kept on the top shelf. She caught me reading that book once and told me not to get any ideas.

Meanwhile my sons are encouraging to do a sermon on Ezekiel 23:19-21!  :-[
