On a seriuos not on my last order Leon/Dave did some figure chamges and thanked me for what was a small order.

I just read this today: "The idea is that your customers return, and your product doesn't."  I think Leon/Dave do a good job doing just that.

Some other companies don't seem to care, but where will they be in 2, 5 or 10 years time?

Guess what excuse they gave for taking between 3-5 days to refund the payment?

That I am in a queue with other people all awaiting refunds!

What a clusterf***!
I don't think my wife likes me very much, when I had a heart attack she wrote for an ambulance.

Is that the after effects of the Maelstrom collapse though? Or is their system in a pickle? Not implying any wrong doing here, they're not like banks who are they just sitting on the interest? :-\

I've updated the censor list I'm afraid, so that one's disappeared slightly now...!

I used to do that quite a lot Ray.
Press preview.....read it through... and then forget to hit post before I logged off the net.
Took me quite a while to realize I was doing that from time to time....and then wondering why my 'post' had gone AWOL. ;)

The pre-Xmas finances have improved slightly so I'm now allowing myself to draw up a wish list for early in the New Year. I dare say I will shock myself as to how much stuff I want, but 'twas always thus ;).
