Alec Guinness Tunes of Glory.  An exemplary British film of the 60s. Most of the actors had served during WW2 or during National Service and knew how to wear a uniform, unlike the comic attempts we see so often these days.

OK this one is driving me crazy because I keep thinking shellfish and I don't know why! I can't hear the line being said in my head as I can with many of the others and it's not ringing bells as to the film. Just shellfish. Am I going mad? I don't remember a film about the Cod Wars :)
