First off, thanks for all of the kind messages while I've been off.  I'm getting there today so starting to work through all of the emails that I've missed.  Apologies to anyone still waiting on a reply, I should have them all done by Sat evening.  Also to anyone waiting on an order, I've not been able to confirm any of the postage from Tues/Wed/Thurs so there's probably 150-200 orders waiting on their shipment confimation emails to be sent out.

Now, moving on to the crazy response to this project!  You're pledging faster than I can add stretch goals so give me a day or two to work through some options and we'll get some of your suggestions added to the campaign!

Is it possible for me to change some of the codes that I've ordered, now that I have a better idea of what the figures in each pack will look like? Better yet, could I just pledge a new (higher) total amount - say £120 - and specify the specific packs/codes later?

No problem, we'll edit that on the pledge list and we can finalise the order at the end of the month.

Here is my pledge list:

Total = £175.20 (I think - no doubt you'll check it  ;))

Thanks for the pledge Bob, we'll get that added to the total!

Please add some civvies to my pledge

NPX13    Peninsular civilians (4 poses)     £5.50 x1

Will do!

Quote from: WeeWars on 05 May 2020, 04:00:29 PM
Do we know if the civilians will be armed or unarmed? I'm always up for more unarmed civilian types for converting.

They'll unarmed, basically a mediterranean version of the NPX1 civilians.

Please add my order:

Total: £90.65

Added!

Scanning through the proposed list is it possible to add suggestions? Can you add a British / Highland line Centre Company and Flank company kneeling to receive a charge (Stovepipe shako version of  NBR3)

Quick Question, I see you have Highlanders on the list for sculpting, how would these be different from the Waterloo 1815 Highlanders?

We'll have a think on the kneeling to receive figure and see if we can do a quick conversion on it.  The Highlanders are all the same I believe, so we'll be using the existing 1815 figures for those codes.

I've put you down for the £50 pledge!

I am happy to add NPX13 Peninsular civilians (4 poses)  £5.50, and bid £25 toward the ADCs.

Thanks for the addition, I've put the civilians on there and we'll deal with the ADCs once we've worked up a list.

I'm assuming he's still feeling pretty grotty, (or worse) Mark.

From a quick chat I had with Dave yesterday, it sounds as though Adele has succumbed to the same thing.  :(

Knowing Leon....he'll probably go back to work before he should.
If I hear anything, I'll keep you all in the loop.

Not feeling too bad today after 3 days of sleep and McVities crackers... (saltines to you US chaps!)  Adele just had a bit of a 24 hour thing so she's fine now.  We'll both be in work over the weekend to catch up everything.

Thanks for the pledge Bertie, I've added that to the total!  We'll be having a chat this coming week to see what else we can add to the ranges so we'll have a think about some skirmishing codes.

Skirmishing codes would be useful across the all the ranges, especially the Cazadores/Cacadores chaps. The Guerillas too I would imagine :).

Skirmishers would be a nice addition.  I'd purchase some of those.

Stretch Goal £8,000 - Camp followers please, essential for baggage elements. Walking with load and child, camp fire etc. Something generic which could be used from AWI all the way through Napoleonic/ ACW/ FPW period please.

I'd be thinking of adding more Spanish cavalry types of the 1811-1814 era, as described in the Osprey MAA332, for example plate C3 and H2 and MAA334 plates D2, D3, G1 perhaps,

Most of these styles can be sourced from the 1809 and 1815 ranges can they not?
