Sorry anybody know how to shrink the second image down a bit to more manageable proportions?

Yes, you can put in height= or width=

Correct spacing is essential. A gap between img and width or height but then width= or height= and the number as though they were all one word.

I must say I'm slightly surprised to find I haven't had food poisoning during this lock-down given my habit of thinking "it'll be fine" on finding a tin marked Best Before some time  in 2014 or 2016 or whatever at the back of the tins shelf.

Twenty or so years ago, I had a letter from the local health authority.....Telling me that I had a 'Notifiable disease'. 

It was something called Campylobacta....(I truly can't be bothered to look up the correct  spelling.)......It was basically a really vile 'tummy bug'....akin to salmonella.....but  a lot less dire than that.
I didn't feel that bad...and I won't give you the details.

I'm assuming he's still feeling pretty grotty, (or worse) Mark.

From a quick chat I had with Dave yesterday, it sounds as though Adele has succumbed to the same thing.

Hello....It's Adele posting on behalf of Leon.

Hope you are all well, Leon would like to offer his apologies for not replying and keeping the thread up to date but he's gone and given himself food poisoning yesterday!

He's unfortunately going to be out of the business for a couple of days so it may take longer than usual to reply to things. I'm sure once he can he'll get back on the computer at home and get back on track. I'm dealing with the emails/orders daily so you can still get in touch if you need to.
