I think I'm between 25 and 30*.....Though what passes for my body, laughs hysterically at that.....and goes "No you're not !"

Cheers - Phil. (* as far as being a cynical barsteward is concerned......I'm even older than Nobby & Ian believe I am. :P)

Don't !.......I wished we hadn't started talking about how short sighted Peter & I were.

I've been trying to do some teeny weeny detail on a figure......First by using my reading glasses along with the Optivisor.....Then with the awful mega magnifying lens with the Optivisor.

I've ended up with 'fixed focus' and a blinding headache.....So I've given up. (The computer screen is about the right fixed focus distance...which is why I can plonk this out.)

Cheers - Phil

That's what I've found is the best, Peter.......Though usually for a bit more than half an hour.
Just lie down, with my eyes shut, perhaps listening to the radio...... so my eyes aren't trying to focus on anything.

They'll be fine tomorrow.
It seems to happen a couple of times a year, when I've been really concentrating on the wee men......and my eyes go....."Sod off !....We need a rest." ;)

Cheers - Phil

I get it when i'm too tired. Must admit i've only got it when painting smaller scales though. Poor lighting can be a factor as well.

Just applied texture paint to the lybian spearmen and the gaul slingers. When i finish those bases, that will put me over 500 models again for this year  :D :D
