Blimey Phil. Glad that the overwhelming prognosis is good, even if in the  short term it sounds bloody uncomfortable.

I think CT scans often pick up a couple of 'possibles' that require further tests to confirm that everything is normal.

At least you can now reply to anyone who calls you fat, by saying it's not fat it's just wee. Perhaps that doesn't help

I installed the IT systems on an MRI scanner in the Vet School.

Before entering the room we had to leave behind all metallic objects, keys, belt buckles, coins, all magnetic media, phones, credit cards as these would distort the magnetic field or be changed by it. Was never allowed entrance during sessions when the magnet was 'on', only a vet and an animal handler and a horse.

Never understood how the MRI engineer didn't bother.

John Cleese goes to the vet and asks for a confirmation that his parrot is in fact dead. Vet warns him it won't be cheap. Parrot is laid out on the steel table.

Enter a Labrador dog; sniffs at bird, looks at Cleese, shakes a sad head, exits. Enter a Siamese cat, who leaps onto the table, inspects the bird, looks at Cleese, shakes a sad head, exits.

"Sorry, this parrot really is no more. That'll be five hundred pounds, please."

"FIVE HUNDRED?!"

"Two hundred for the lab report, three hundred for the cat scan."

 
I'm guessing the cat was more expensive because it only came in when it felt like it.

But I think you've let the cat out of the bag now! Because I remember you always talk about the little wee men! I think now we know what you mean by that! Although it remains a mystery what you are using for the blue component. Still too much information, I think! 

I'm just so surprised that everyone has been able to hold back in taking the p*ss out of me.
