Me? Got up early to take wife and daughter No.1 to Ayrshire for some 'jolly' at the Lochgreen Hotel in Troon (2 hour round trip). On way back, got call from daughter No.2 who wanted picked up as her car had to go into the garage. Watched two episodes of Versailles (great costumes - when they've got them on!), fell asleep afterwards, took daughter No.2 back garage to get her car and then picked wife up at railway station. 
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

On the coaching, I bumped into 4 BMWs reverse parking, so that was a plus.

The audit went very well. I redirected most of the questions to other managers.  :D

Very bad journey home - rain, rain, rain. Lots of blue lights and people still driving too fast in poor weather.  >:(

I was doing coaching as in "a bit like, but not mentoring".

On each day we have to "coach" each other through a problem. I've been partnered with a girl whose first issue was that she gets too emotionally involved with clients.

I'm working on a scenario that will have her in tears on day 4.  :d
