In my effort to become Techno II, I  am hobbling around on a bad ankle. I was the last one in the office, and needed to visit the little FSN's room before I went home. This meant passing through a door that is swipe card controlled. As I passed through this door, I realised that I'd left my swipe card on my desk. I turned to stop the door from closing and *crack*, there went the ankle. I hurpled back to the car and drove home desperately trying not to use the brake.

This morning, as I limped past the cats who were sprawled on the couch, I sensed that I was being scrutinised. My feline companions were eyeing me much as a lioness eyes a struggling wildebeest.

If I stop posting send the RSPCA with nets and dart guns to rescue my ravaged body from two feral cats who have tasted human flesh.

Oh, Matey !  X_X

Do you mean the door slammed on your ankle, or did you twist over on it ?

If the latter, you might well have broken or sprained sommat......Methinks a trip to casualty is in order !

Hope it feels better soon.

I pirouetted gracefully as a pygmy hippo. Well, my body did, but my foot stayed planted.  I've had it up all day and it's definitely better.

Having spent an inordinate amount of time 'in the loo' last night, with the most appalling 'squits'....I won't be around much today.
Trying to catch up on some sleep.
