Just see a 'Things you didn't know about Osama Bin Laden' post. Apparently he was an Arsenal fan. That explains a lot - after 90 minutes at "The Library" he said "Do you know what, sitting in a cave in the arse end of nowhere would be better than this."
I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.

Today from my office window I can see Liverpool's famed Albert Dock - rigged sailing ship, steam train, canal barge. Yesterday on the way home I saw two steam powered traction engines heading for the centre of town.

Nice to know Liverpool is finally getting into the 19th Century.

I think I may be the next Techno. No, my sculpting skills are still only good for ... for ... nothing really, but I have managed to damage myself twice with a Dremel today.

Managed to skin a knuckle on the spinning barrel, and I sliced off a chunk of skin with a rotating blade.

I'm going with Techno's mantra that every project needs a blood sacrifice.

Double OUCH !  8)

You have done well, my young apprentice....But you still have more to learn.

Hope your fingers aren't too sore , Nobby.
If you're talking about the little metal 'circular saw'......That's why I won't even use those.....They always look as though they'd be so likely to slip.
I only use the carborunderumderumderum (sic) discs. Those 'only' burn, if you just catch yourself.

Cheers - Phil

Yes, I was using the circular saw.  :D

It didn't slip - I was just a little careless about where I waved it about.

Have you been on holiday, Techno? You've been very quiet. Is it that nasty Leon working you too hard? Has Mrs T been experimenting with armour and you've been hoisting her aboard the horses a la Lawrence Olivier in Henry V? Has it stopped raining and you and the locals have been searching for an Englishman to introduce to a wicker sheep?

Has someone written something on the Forum that upset you? Have you been bullied? Show me on the doll where you were bullied. Show me. SHOW ME NOW!

I've just been so horrifically busy, Nobby......Oodles of work, 'chores',.....now, the MIL feeling 'frail', and trying to keep half an eye on the 'stray' that seems to have decided we're her new owners.

And I still haven't quite recovered from losing a whole night's sleep last week.

I'll try and give you a call, Matey.

Cheers - Phil

Oooh! I've missed your cheery optimism on the forum. Hope everything's OK.

So, the stray. Is it
