Uh - like - before we start on spelling issues - "Awsome" reflects our broad initial vowel pronunciation. Just say'un.

The American pronunciation is correct. The English one is the deviant. Unpalatable, but historically demonstrable.

Americans are also more likely to use subjunctives correctly than Brits, I've noticed.
