Hi, I just wrote on my blog two articles about the two big battles we played in January-February. Here is the link:

And THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is what we all aspire to when we play 19th Century games!

'Tres Bon' as we say in England :D ;). This is exactly the sort of 2D map that I'm thinking about for future BBB games.

Like everything apart form the table. Sorry, but the 2D terrain -apart from the fields- does nothing for me although I can understand people who like this approach as it is quite impressive. My problem is that I prefer the complete visual aspect of a game rather than this style.

Vraiment cool! Très rétro . On a l'impression de Kriegspiel et Wargaming comment H.G. Wells imaginé quand il a écrit "Little Wars"

I don't think my wife likes me very much, when I had a heart attack she wrote for an ambulance.

Thank you all for your nice comments. Next winter, we plan to play Sedan 1870 and Custozza 1866 (I still need to paint at least 2 italian divisions. I then will work on Sadowa, to do it in winter 2018, with a Waterloo 3.0  (adding the Prussians and total battle miniatures 6mm buildings from my Waterloo 2.0) during the same winter.

Yes ! and that's good ! You have to bother with your own divisions, and suddenly you realized what's going on next to you. ( Usually, I then shout "help !"  :P  ;) )
