Hello from Madrid, Spain.

Welcome Natxo

Have I spelled your name correctly?

Please be my friend. The last Spaniard I dealt with (via TMP) accused me of being 'stupid' and 'needing glasses' and took great insult when I suggested that he had an error on his British Napoleonic flags.   Ehmm.  I'm British, he's Spanish and has the nerve to suggest that his understanding of our Union flag is better than mine. He also implied that I was confused since he had no American Union troops.

I think he is an idiot.

He's not the sort of idiot that frequents this forum that we all know and love. Ain't that right guys?

Anyway welcome to this collection of madder than mad guys.

Keep posting.

I suspect it would be true to suggest that not all Spaniards are the same, and that this last post were better deleted, preferably with an apology.

Jim. Things do get heated on TMP. But remember the Spanish guy you argued with was working in his second or more likely third language. That he did not understanding the Union flag and confused it with Union flag in ACW is a simple error.

So perhaps a bit of allowance for not understanding all implication of what was said.

Thanks Phil

I gave the TMP'er every latitude I could possibly find. After he posted a picture of the faulty item claiming it was fully accurate other TMP'ers agreed that it was wrong and supported my comments. He still refused to agree that my comment was valid. I had even commended him for his AAR which he didn't acknowledge.

I have spoken to the manufacturer concerned and we are, hopefully, working towards a resolution.

I don't see the need for an apology as no insult has been made.

Jim,

Thanks for clearing that up.  Sorry if I implied you needed to apologise.

Guess a numpty is a numpty in first second or third language.

Hi Phil, sorry the 'apology' option came in a previous posting. Jim
