2015 has been a great year.

My Napoleonic French army is mostly finished in its current state, consisting of about 4 solid brigades. I've solidly advanced into my Austrian army, currently at 2 brigades. Highlights have been my Polish Vistula Legion infantry battalion that I am immensely proud of. Despite being time-consuming, it is one of my most original battalions I have, and was created fully from left overs I scrounged in my paint pile!

I have also been thoroughly distracted by an on-going Kingdom Death project, and of course, the odd burn outs.


So here is my planning for 2016.

Will use some models to make conversions for Napoleon's personal escort, haven't decided to make them either the Chassuers de la Garde or the 1st Hussar Regiment. Will use the models to make mounted skirmishers.

Total figure count: About 513, depending on number of figures on Napoleon's diorama......

Does not include KDM project, nor Flames of War project....

Well you are braver then I am!  If I put all the figures for even one project in a single pile - I would be overwhelmed and never start
