It's a new year's resolution of mine; I am determined to improve my photography and post some pics (need the practise for next year's comp ).

Speaking of which I've just bite the bullet and ordered a tripod for the phone, see if I can take some less awful shots

Bit hypocritical of me, as I only take quick 'snaps' of the masters before I send them off to Leon, to check whether the figures are OK by him.
I just hand hold those shots...So they're never super special.

I don't mark during holidays.

I do all my work during the week and don't mark at weekends either.

I might point out I leave my house around 5:30 am everyday

As for lesson planning, I'm part of the school's leadership team and only teach a 50% timetable.  Coupled with that, I'm a specialist SEN teacher (additional needs) so a good chunk of my time is working with kids / teachers / parents to overcome difficulties.
