No problems for the help. you might want to look at the various 1860s ranges. I think that the Austrian range in particular might have some troops to help you in regard to Romanians and Bulgarians. This thread has some painted examples:-

Firstly, welcome to the forum.

As far as the Russo-Turkish War is concerned you've probably chosen the more difficult option in requesting winter kit. However, as others have said, the ACW figures would do for the Russian line infantry - even the ones in caped greatcoats.The Russian greatcoat was actually double-breasted, grey for officers and beige for other ranks. The kepi was the same low-fronted version as the American one. A brown hood, with flaps that were wrapped around the neck, was issued to all ranks in winter. The cavalry and the Imperial Guard infantry and artillery all wore the peaked cap (foorazhka).

In the Turkish army those units that wore the "European" uniform were issued with a stout grey greatcoat that was equipped with a high, pointed hood. Many of the reserve regiments (redif) wore the "zouave" style uniform, although with the same greatcoat I would assume. The cavalry wore the same uniform except with a sheepskin cap. The artillery also wore the European style uniform, although many are depicted in contemporary prints wearing the zouave uniform.

The Romanian infantry also wore a fairly simple uniform - kepi, dark blue with a red band, and single-breasted jacket and trousers tucked into high boots. A grey greatcoat was worn by all troops. The rifle battalions wore a double-breasted brown tunic with a hat like that of the Italian Bersaglieri, complete with plume of cock-feathers. The Dorobanzi, the reserve infantry, wore the same uniform as the line, except that they had a sheepskin hat in place of the kepi. All webbing was black. Artillery wore a similar uniform to the rifles, except for a dark-blue kepi with a black band. Cavalry wore hussar dress, including a colpack with a red bag.

The Bulgarians apparently were formed into a six-battalion Bulgarian Legion and not much is known about their uniforms (if any).
