An hurrah for another RTW enthusiast.

For Russian winter uniform, ACW might feel the bill, otherwise any kepi straight greatcoat uniform. You could represent Guards Divisions using RJW Russians.

Blugarians wore a fuzzy hat, rather than Furshakas or Kepis. So RJW Russians with Fur hats will do in a pinch.

Romanians at 10mm could be represented with whatever you use for Russians.

I went for summer of fall dress rather than winter because you get more variation. In that case Russian line infantry in kepi will proxy for Romanian regular troops.
