Do your eyes work properly, first thing ?

And take a cod liver oil supplement. It'll take a while but should make a difference. Basically, lubricate the eyes with oil and water - as you would any equipment you regularly use for work  ;D. I can recommend Systane Ultra eye drops over cheaper Boots-own as it has a longer use-by period, has a less-waste dropper, more gel-like, bla bla...
