Can I use the WW1 French as WW2 to add variety to base poses?, also will the riflr Grenade figure inb p[articular double up as his WW2 counterpart?

Many thanks

I've used WWI as WW2 French, as the infantry were not sculpted when I decided upon a French force. As far as I can tell they are completely compatible.

I'd agree....only change for 2nd line stuff was the colour of the uniform.

Thanks guys for the input, looks like I will be mixing in some ww1 French to add a little variety to the stands, especially the rifle grenade troops. Have just picked up samples at Reading and they are awesome little sculpts.
