Roland, Thats a real shame.

Shows are relatively free of this sort of thing.

When I helped at shows the very odd occasion we saw anyone they were young kids nicking a couple of figures.  

I did have a PC game dissapear off of a "Bring and Buy", but I suspect that was  a so called trader  who often "helped" on bring and buys at variious shows. He was very interested when I booked it in.   He had a "certain reputation" around the shows for dubious practices - Putting the good stuff he wanted out of site, then making an offer as it had not sold etc.

I hope you get it back and as Phil says - they ought to cut his hands off .

Well this is how things can turn!

I was dead sure the camera was stolen but apparently it turned up again. I am already sure it is mine and will know next week how exactly I will get it back without too much hassle.

Short version:

Camera was found and is now witht he gents from Warbases.co.uk , they will hand it to Dave, Dave to Leon and from there we shall see. If the postal service gets involved it will of course be with a small Pendraken supply package

It surely looked like theft but who would assume a camera disappears from a bag and then gets found.

I am not looking the gift horse in the mouth. Worst case it will come to me at Claymore witha  few shinies and colours, brushes etc.

Would it be too much to ask a moderator to change the title of this thread?  It gives an undeserved and negative impression of what is a good show.

Loss at Carronade would appear to be more accurate.  

I agree with Derek, Google will pick that title up when someone searches for carronade and depending on the page 'weight' it could be near the top... how about, "Carronade: Scottish folk trustworthy afterall"

I've done that now, although it doesn't change each of the replies.  I might have to change those individually.
