I don't drink coffee to wake up. I wake up to drink coffee.

Marmite, on toast after many, many beers.  There is something about marmite on toast that screams 'eat me' when a triffle merry.

In fact my wife claims she can gauge the scale of the hangover from the size of the morning after toast/butter/marmite disaster zone in the kitchen.

My son is always amused by the fact that at the age of two I used to have little cubes of bread with Marmite on which I shared with Harry the cat, and he absolutely loved the stuff as well. Despite the amusement my son also likes Marmite.

Water is indeed the essential ingredient of life, because without water you can't make coffee!

We all know where Google Translate is, you know!

As far as the original question goes:

I'll eat either on bread or drink either hot. Just never thought of it for years.  :-\

Good! How did you like your 'Not the faintest idea what's he's on about' moment on this otherwise very informative forum?  :d
