If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

Sorry you were saying something?...Kinda phased out there for a second

So Constance gets vaguely interesting last episode and so not a sight of her perky cleavage this time.

Nor indeed the kings part work ship.

It's one small disappointment after another - and I've heard that a few times.

This is definitely turning into a worthwhile series.

The king is turning out to have some character and one even feels a little sympathy for Richelieu.

We haven't watched for a couple of weeks now. It obviously hasn't grabbed us as a family, unlike Merlin and Atlantis. The time slot may have something to do with it...

Nosher

I haven't been able to catch it due to work, but have enjoyed what I have seen to date. Better than reality TV anyday, but so is watching paint dry ;D

Dont do catch up TV as I never seem to have the time to catch up ;D
I don't think my wife likes me very much, when I had a heart attack she wrote for an ambulance.

Agreed.  Ryan Gage plays spoiled boy king beautifully; when he grins I could slap him.  I'm also wondering when Richelieu will show his true colours.

I thought his little speech in the aftermath of Ninon De Larroque's rescue in this weeks episode plus his comment about the papacy made to Milady summed up Richelieu's "true colours" rather well.

Enjoying the series immensely. So much better than the abominations that were Merlin and Atlantis.

Hear, hear.
Even Mrs T enjoyed last week's episode.

So often the hero gives the "little lady" a little tuition in the combat arts and when she tries to put them into practice she winds up having to be rescued by the hero.

So it was nice to see Constance trounce the bad guy in a sword fight, in the story about the stolen baby.

Suggests that if D'Artagnan can't hack it as a Musketeer he has a promising career as a fencing master :)

I forgot to say earlier.........I thought Atlantis was so, SO 'iffy' it made Merlin look good !

Took me a while ;D ;D ;D

Leman

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D - like that. Incidentally did the last episode of the Musketeers imply a blood relationship between Aramis and Louis XIV?
