First night of the holidays, one of the girls was guaranteed not to sleep! It should add to my 4am bar on the 'when do we post' graph!
Mates picking me up at seven for a flames comp too!

Been there, done that. Still wake up around 5.00am due to years of being woken up by son at this time. He now sleeps in until 6.30-7.00am .

It does not change as they get older - Now I get woken up by the step daughter comming in at 3:30

They stay downstairs overnight.
There has been the occasional 'oops' on my part, where I've gone downstairs early...and forgotten to close a door.
I've been alerted by the sound of three sets of feet, thundering up the stairs, as they go and wake Mrs T by jumping all over her....
Needless to say.... I'm not the most popular person in the World when this happens !

My Misses wakes me up with : Coooooffeeeeeee, cooooooffeeeeeeeee....untill I get up and make that blody coffee

I was married - Not doing that again. 

My new lady is amazing. I like Formula 1 so when they have the races starting in the early hours I set the alarm for the start of the program. The Alarm goes of and I turn the bedroom  TV on, She goes and makes the Tea, then snoozes while I watch the race .    About an hour or so later (5:30-6.00) she goes down and makes another tea and a bacon sandwich.  

When I have had a crap day she also tells me to go and paint, and says nothing if i paint all day on a day off  

She is an definite Keeper.
