Howdy folks,

After about thirty five years of painting figures in all sorts of scales and materials I finally got round to 10mm. I must say I had my Pendraken Boer War figures lying around for years now but about two weeks ago a buddy of mine got me back on track to do Boer War and I finally found them again! To get into the scale I started checking the Internet for pictures etc. and that's how I found this forum. It looks good and there seems to be a lot of knowledge and experience here so why not tap into it. Also the fact that the people from Pendraken are so active here and willing to get involved in the discussions and actually respond in person to every wish and question from their customers is certainly a bonus! My compliments.
For all my life I've been interested in military history in many different ways; wargaming, collecting, re-enacting, you name it. If I can help out with my experiences or add my bit of knowledge to the vast pool already available here be sure to ask me!

Cheers,
Rob

Thanks for the warnings; I already suspected this would be the level but I'll stay off my medication and I'm sure I'll be able to cope! ;)

Hi Rob,

and welcome.

Don't let them fool you, they are a friendly, supportive and knowledgeable bunch here and if they are mad the world could do with a little more of this sort of insanity!

Input from Leon and Dave (TPTB) puts most company forums to shame.

I, for example, was perfectly sane until I joined this forum. Then you get drawn in, and next thing you know, you're just one of the cuckoos.
