This thread gives me trouble; every army is a WIP with me, whether I like it or not. Always the danger someone will come along with a new range of something that I've got to find a way to fit into existing armies. Thus every army I have is a project, even if dormant for a few years at a time.
I don't drink coffee to wake up. I wake up to drink coffee.

Malbork

10mm

- French Peninsular Army - half-way(ish)
- British Peninsular Army - undercoated (Rifles finished and based)
- Russians (still in bags on shelf)
- ECW Late Royalist - 6 foot regiments painted and based- cavalry awaiting Pendraken developments
- ECW Late Parl (still in bags on shelf)
-WWI Tannenberg project - Germans all bought but still in bags, bit of a dilemma on the rules front so waiting before getting the Russians and prepping

15mm
- Late War Eastern Front - more Volksturm required and possibly more Soviet MGs then finished (until the next upgrade)
- Cassino campaign - planning stages
- Burma campaign - ditto
- WotR - "only" casualty, out of ammo, and other marker figs to finish
- AWI - Rebels (Patriots) purchased and sent to pro painter to speed things up (excuses, excuses :-[)
- Crusades - crusaders done but re-organising/basing likely - Ayyubids, half-way there
- Alexander Nevsky - Teutonics done (way too many knights in weird helmets), Russians need basing and perhaps another unti or two of foot....

Should keep me going for bit until I get distracted by some new shiny period, like the Dark Ages which is looking ever less dark inwargaming terms :-\

Yes, so do I. That's why I wrote "active projects"  ;) . None of my armies are "finished" but some are sleeping for a long time now.. ( Byzantines DBA/DBM : for about 7 years !  :-[ )

You can't be blamed for this, it gives work to someone ! (although it's sad...  ;) )

Being somewhat of an upstart and rather alone over here in the interest of (semi) historical wargaming and of a fluttering mind, I have the following stuff on the shelves:

28 mm
NWF Pashtoons infantry and cavalry , Ghurkas, Line Infantry, Native Infantry, Native Calvalry, Mountain battery et al
Operation Sealion, German Paras and Homeguard (also standing in for VBCW)
VBCW, The Norwegian unit "Queen Mauds Voluntary Rifle Company"

20 MM
VBCW All fractions, including the QMVR

10MM
Sudan, both sides, on order, after hanging around here a bit.  :D

I need to get a big bucket of consentration...
Best regards,

Harry
