Four stands of LoA dragoons and four LoA generals finished off, four stands of Pictish cavalry assembled and a general (well, a stand-by general) assembled, plus a pack of Republican Roman Principes cleaned up and assembled ready for undercoating too.

Austrian dragoons should be finished tomorrow. Well, some of them.

Modified some American AWI cavalry by cutting their pistol hands from the horses head to repostion for a bit more variety. These will be used either as a Small unit for How or mixed with some other cavalry to create an amalgamated unit of standard size.

Removed a 30mm figure from the freezer this morning.
Now I'll have to wait for it to thaw out, before I can work on it again.

Just something different that I'm doing for Tiny Terrain, via Leon.  
Also gives my eyes something bigger to focus on.

Yes Paul.
It's when I reach a stage on a model where I know I'm going to have to stop for a while. (Before I can go back and work on it again.)

If it's a 'break' of an hour or two.....I'll put the figure in the fridge.
If it's overnight.....I'll pop it in a little plastic box, then put that in the freezer.
The cold stops the putty 'going off'...Once it's thawed out a bit, the putty will still be 'workable' and I can carry on as though there hasn't been a break.
