Top stuff as ever Nik.

Couple of questions:

What infatry did you use ? (i recognise the armoured chaps but not the others)

Which code is the tank with the 'bow wave' thing on the front?

The 'normal' infantry is SF32 Troopers; the others are SF1 Marine in Battle Armour

Armour: with the "bow wave" thing is SF8 Hovertank type 2 [I think!] & the heavier tank is SF7 Hovertank type 1...

For completeness, the vehicles on the command stands are SF6 APC; the three walkers are SF9 Walker & the one heavier one is SF10 Dreadnought walking gun platform

Oh - and these are for Future War Commander - and I'm using the GZG - DS Human list:
CO
HQ
3 x Infantry: NAC Armoured Infantry [troopers]
2 x Infantry: NAC Power Armour [marines in battle armour]
3 x Tank Unit (Gladiator) ["bow wave tank"]
3 x tank Unit (Goliath) [heavy tank]
3 x Walker Unit (AT-71 Hound Dog)
1 x Walker Unit (Pkz VII Sturmkampfer)

The SF9 Walker model is very nice 8).

Cheers Nik.

I've got a bunch of most of the sci-fi codes but not the 'bow wave' tank.  Very nice model.

With Tomorrow's War winging its way to me i'm looking at where i'll be taking my sci-fi gaming...

Great one Nik, nicely different stuff, light blue on yellow is always a clasic scheme! Love the visior detail, just awe inspiring!  :o

How long did it take to paint this batch and don't say "Took about the same time as it took you to read about them!!"?   :D

great cammo! I love that project

Thanks guys - glad you like 'em...to be honest, I painted the first vehicle (APC on the CO stand) with black & white camo detail [after the Khaki & Earth] a la "Chocolate Chip" US camo from a few years ago...but (funnily enough) it looked like US camo from a few years ago - and not sci-fi enough...so I reached for the blue - but wanted a different blue from the blue I used on my WW2 8th Army camo - so Hawk Turquoise it was!

Time-to-paint: dunno really, wasn't timing it as there was loads going on round here on Saturday when I did them - maybe 2 - 2.5 hours or so? Something like that, but I wasn't rushing...

The visor detail on the Troopers: yep, my previous version of these (Recce troops in my Colonial Marine force) have flesh - I wanted these guys to have face protection from the sand-blasted wastes they're in - so they got grey / white hockey-masks...and the blue visors on the Battle Armour troops was obvious to do really - looks great & ties them simply in to the colour scheme of the whole force.

Very nice army. I like camouflage pattern. Good work!!

Are the stars on the infantry hand painted or transfers Nik?

Either way, they're insanely tiny!

Hehehe - I'd love to tell you that I painted them...but they're transfers from a set I got years ago which has scales from 15mm downwards...believe it or not, these stars weren't the smallest! Not sure who did 'em though...maybe from Dom's Decals? I had plain red stars which went on the shoulder pad of troops & then a white-surrounded red star which I put on the back of each "squad leader"
