Had a strange postal issue with a watch I ordered for Von a week or so ago. Got notification that it had been dispatched...Goody, thought I.....Should be here early this week.

Wrong !.....Wonder where it's got to....Did some checking...."Should be delivered between the 12th and 22nd of May."........."Eh ?".....Did some checking....Pants !... didn't notice that it's actually being sent from abroad. (Netherlands, apparently).

Cheers - Phil

Yeah - it's very random at the moment!

Counting the seconds for a new washing machine lock, hoping it arrives - and fixes the issue - before the laundry pile becomes critical  :-SS

Meanwhile, some Perspex rod samples I ordered over the weekend are already here!

Pendraken order dispatched Monday, getting an extra 5000 steps a day in walking to the front window to check for the postie  8-}

OK - this I don't believe -

Tuesday got a box of PSC 15mm carriers, 1 sprue missing - 8 instead of 9 vehicles. That took 10 days..no probs.

Ok so emailed them on Tuesday. Rang yesterday, missing sprue arrived today ! Service or what.

My experience of PSC is less positive so I shall say no more on the subject.

If your feeling brave you could suggest the other half does some hand washing, after all Laundry is a "Pink" job  :) Well it is in our house - I am not allowed to do it.

Some dice that I'd ordered arrived, but still no sign of the washing machine lock!  :'(

Postie goes past most days, very random times though  :-/

Hmm, not sure I should dignify that with a response  :-\

One of the local petrol stations has a mini-laundrette so I had a relaxing hour and a half yesterday afternoon sat in my car listening to podcasts and reading whilst I put a couple of loads through  8)

The hour prior and hour after sorting the blooming stuff less so  :'(

Still waiting on Pendraken...  :-SS

More steps for me  ;D

Pendraken package is here  <:-P

No washing machine bit though  :'(

Wonder if I can set up a prep table shelf in the car for when I take the next load of washing down to the laundrette :-\

However, if I take the middle row of seats out of the Sedona, put the back row down and pop a piece over board over them  :-\

Pink?  What ARE you implying? :-/

The Financial Times is in pink for us financial people.   :-S

I assumed a "pink" job meant that when Orcs did the washing all the whites came out pink!

PS. The only time the whites came out Pink or Blue (we have had both) I was not even in the house.  So when I arrived home I kept my lips completely sealed,  Otherwise I would not be here now.  :)

So are we , I giver Mrs Orcs the opportunity to do the "Pink" jobs and she gives me the opportunity to do the "Blue" jobs.  An equal sharing of the load

Secondly I value my life so do not touch the laundry or Ironing.

I used to help with the ironing, until one day I could not iron the creases out of one of her tops.  I turned up the temperature and liberally used the steam and squirt functions. After some 10 minutes I had got rid of all the creases.   Mrs orcs then came into the room and I commented how hard the particular top had been only to be told "Its meant to have the creases in it".  No more ironing for me.
