Postal service delivery times are extended too. Normally orders would arrive a few days after Leon posts them but my last one took a full week to get to me (I'm in NI so may not be true for mainlanders). Even Amazon prime seems to have shifted from 1 day to 1 week delivery times so the whole delivery system is likely under strain, hopefully because they're taking the necessary precautions to keep their staff safe (which will obviously slow things down).

Perhaps Leon could introduce a "buy your way up the queue" policy when ordering on the website.

You place yours order and tick the box "I want an expedited service", enter the amount you wish to pay for this service and the orders get processed from the highest payment to the lowest.

Given the boredom levels it could be quite profitable, especially if we have another 3 or more weeks to go.

Well The circuits the Government bought for the  Nightingale Hospital in London, are on a 1 year contract. Now they could cancel early and pay the full cost, but I am sure my company would have come up with an short time alternative given the situation, so perhaps they are anticipating a need for quite a while.

Obviously you did not tick the "I want an expedited delivery" box, or your offer was not enough to put you at the top of the queue
