Just 'cos I'm getting reallly bored now, is it "normal" (whatever 'normal' is in these abnormal times) for a delivery to take a week? I ordered starter army of filthy Huns last Monday, couldnt sleep tonight so got bored and ordered a starter army of spiffing Brits. Twirls ends of moustache and waggles eyebrows

We'd got the turnaround down to under 7 days on the casting side but the current situation and awkward shift patterns has slowed things down somewhat.  I think Dave was casting it up on Saturday so I'll get the other items sorted out and it'll be in the post on Tuesday all being well. 

Ah welll, a few more days without my "wee metal men" will no kill me, I suppose.

Postal service delivery times are extended too. Normally orders would arrive a few days after Leon posts them but my last one took a full week to get to me (I'm in NI so may not be true for mainlanders). Even Amazon prime seems to have shifted from 1 day to 1 week delivery times so the whole delivery system is likely under strain, hopefully because they're taking the necessary precautions to keep their staff safe (which will obviously slow things down).

Perhaps Leon could introduce a "buy your way up the queue" policy when ordering on the website.

You place yours order and tick the box "I want an expedited service", enter the amount you wish to pay for this service and the orders get processed from the highest payment to the lowest.

Given the boredom levels it could be quite profitable, especially if we have another 3 or more weeks to go.
