aren't the dark age civies being released soon. Also some of the mongol peasants would work
Never heard about it, I'm new here (and in 10mm scale) but the news sounds good !

@Ithoriel thanks for the idea of converting the girl from beggar's pack. I had already found it in the catalog but not sure if I'll be able to change her in a gorgeous lady !

In the SYW range there are some ladies - big dresses - may need a bit of work to make them medieval but probably good for princesses?
the photo (SYW 12) isn't really good but it seems you're right on that one ! Sadly I was not able to find a picture of the SYW 11 pioneers...

I found that picture of the AWI American riflemen, what do you think of the #2 and #3 in the first row? Their poses are quite suitable for a crowd looking at a joust, I think. 'Just' need to remove the gun... hum hum  :-\

Thanks for your help, I think I'm not too far from my needs now !

Make sure there're some sheep in everyone's way.
;D
I will try but, as it is a board for a game before being a realistic diorama, I'm not sure I will have room for those sort of elements.

If you're curious of my project, here is the plan of my board. The tiny grey dot represent the slots for the crowd's figurines. On the right, a picture I found, as reference for the result I'm targeting... in a lower quality of course, I know my limits :(

If it has five fishes on the tray too then Leon & Dave have secretly been starring a Biblical range!

She's the second of the female beggars - one with broom and one with rolling pin. Possibly waiting impatiently for SO to roll in from the pub!
There are 100 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who can work from incomplete data

Leman

I'll have the one with the massive melons then.
The artist formerly known as Dour Puritan!

I painted mine so badly, it could be anything... I never thought of a melon as it would roll off the tray, so I went for a big loaf of bread and a couple of buns  :D

but back to the point the lady with the rolling pin could have it painted gold and be some form of prize for the knights? a quick cone on her head for the princess type hat and there you go instaprincess.

Ithoriel

I'd wondered if it could be done as a scroll - handles wood brown or gold and middle parchment coloured. Possibly with a seal attached - the wax type not the type that eats fish!!
