How much for a piece of old cardboard? How much would you pay for some old packaging with no defining marks? More than £100 starting bid.

Frankly they both look extremely modern and, as you say, they have no defining marks to prove their provenance. I think someone is trying it on.

Aside from being worth whatever someone is willing to pay, even if they are what they say they are, are they worthy of those starting bids?

Shame you can't put comments on eBay pages. Like: "Would you care to swap with my Ikea packaging I was about to throw out?"

Just sent him a message asking if he can prove he has not just pulled it from a skip

The only flaw I can see in this plan, is that Leon will be producing more of these items.....So I could never really claim it to be the only one in existence.
