This is the sort of mindless, press-on stupidity that caused so many deaths in the KIngs Cross fire. In this case somebody went and found cones to put down, when a few handfuls of salt would have cured the problem.  :o

That explains a lot - its in Norwich where clearly the webbed hands and feet are creating problems similar to that a duck faces when out of the water... ;D
I don't think my wife likes me very much, when I had a heart attack she wrote for an ambulance.
