I received a rather large Pendraken order in the mail today: several hundred ECW and TYW models. I was shocked.

To start with, they were packed in an almost impenetrable sealed envelope so that they all arrived in mint condition. Secondly, not only were all the separate sets complete, but they were clearly marked as well. And finally, the one with cannon had several spare parts in it!

This will not do. I have nothing whatsoever to complain about. Nothing to nag about to my friends. Nothing to whine about on other forums. I feel cheated..

Where's the fun?

I'm truly sorry for this absolute mess, I shall endeavour to send your next order in a plastic Tesco bag, with the figures themselves all tightly wrapped in parcel tape in one big ball of lead-ness!

No, no, no! Just send me the wrong sets. And then when I send them back for replacement, send me the wrong sets from the wrong historical period as well. How about that?

I kid you not, it's happened to me. The business in question is now bust.

I would just add my complaint that I received my latest order before I had finished painting the previous one. How can I finish my project if I constantly get my orders in a timely manner?

Many thanks. After many, many, orders my faith is finally restored.  My latest order was three pioneers short, and one Prussian Dragoon in excess. The balance of the universe is restored.  The man on the Clapham Omnibus can now rest easily in his bed.  Thanks be!

Right, that's it. I'm not buying any more Pendraken stuff.

I messed up an emailed order last week, then I messed it up again. Leon understood, he was helpful, he got it just right and soon the order will be in the mail.

Can't you guys get anything wrong??
