Well after very close examination of Nik's tattooed ladies, on the whole I also don't like tats on the fair sex.

(Hypocrite - moi, with my tattoo?!?)

mijalo

Ditto on both the opinion and the personal hypocrisy! I know I'm antiquated and occasionally sexist, but to me tats on a lady is on a par with her having a moustache. Sorry if anyone's offended.... :-[

Techno

Strange that innit ?.....I suppose I must be sexist too, in the fact that I don't find tattoos (or rather, I should say lots of tattoos) on girls/women attractive.
It's obviously just a personal thing I guess....We'll all have our different points of view.
As Ben says...It's a bit hypocritical when I don't find anything 'wrong' with them on blokes !
Cheers - Phil.

(Beauty IS in the eye of the beholder.....So true !)

Personally i like a bit of ink, as long as its well done.

This for example isn't very sexy.

Whereas this is slightly moreso...

And its best not to fall asleep in the chair...

Good grief !
What on earth is that top one supposed to be ? ;D ;D ;D....I think even my limited skills at 'flat art' could do oodles better than that.
Second one....Tasteful (oh alright then...I know that's just my opinion...I appreciate that's the case)....Understated, and very nicely and professionally done.
The bottom one....No comment.
Cheers - Phil.

I think a lot of it is about what is considered tasteful. Luddite posted three pics; the middle one was fine, but the other two horrible on many levels. But I think that also works for men too. I find that there's something impressive when I see images of yakuza or Samoans were traditional skin-art, but then I look at Beckham's jamboree of tackiness....

But what am I doing talking about chaps, this is supposed to be about ladies of loveliness.

Nosher

Having perused Nik's recent marathon postings and having had time to consider the various art forms presented I have come to the following conclusions:

1. Tasteful tats on lovely ladies clearly have something going for them
2. Tasteful tats and piercings and lingerie/stockings clearly has something going for it
2. Nik STILL has a thing for redheads
3. and for brunettes
4. and for blondes
5. but mainly redheads
6. I would gladly undergo a well men's health check if the 'nurse/medic' with blue hair were to offer to undertake the process
7. The wife was clearly out/in bed/away on business when the aforementioned 'Connoisseur of Totty threads' undertook this mammoth series of postings!

Keep them coming!
I don't think my wife likes me very much, when I had a heart attack she wrote for an ambulance.

I believe...its a human centipede.   :-&

But given that this is supposed to be a place for the pure appreciation of the female form in all her classical beauty, that particularly dark corner of the human experience is best left where it belongs i feel...

I prefer ladies without tatoos, particuarly when they are attractive as these posts, however I can cope with some tatoos if they are tasteful and well done.  I think thevsame applied to tattoos on blokes.

What I do dislike a lot are facial piercings.  The ones on the top lip often look like something nasty hanging from the nose.  The only thing that should have a ring through its  septum is a pig or a bull, and most of these lovely ladies are neither of those. they would look so much better without them.

As for peircings on blokes - surely they are a liability if you end up in a fight?
