Don't know if this has been brought up in the past, but how about a Forum Market Place where members can sell or swap surplus figures. An online bring and buy if you like. I'm sure that members have a mountain of castings that will never get painted ( I know I have).

It's come up a few times on the Forum previously, but it's not something we'd be looking to do really.  There's enough places on the internet for that kind of thing already, so another trading area here wouldn't be providing anything new.

Aside from that, we wouldn't want to deal with any potential 'I bought something from member X and it's not arrived yet' type problems, and we'd also prefer people to come and buy from us when they need something!

Having said all that, people have in the past popped a thread up when they're having a bit of a clearout, and it's not been a problem.  It's just not something which we'd look at promoting with it's own area.
