Cool Order of the Stick in 10mm!!

You could try one of the Sand Orcs - more robed than cloaked.

Or do a head swap with the cloaked dude in the Arthurian heroes in the Late Roman range

There's a Goblin Shaman conversion knocking about the Forum somewhere. It's one of the standard bearers with the pennant clipped down and replaced with a skull, and then a green stuff cloak added?  I'm not on my computer at the moment to put a link in, but if you do a search for 'shaman' that should throw it up.
