I suspect LazerPig is the dubious offspring of Alexi Sayle and James Holland.

As for the proposed Elbonia class Dunning-Cruisers:
 * Hey look, ignore those Epstein files.
 * Of course they're utterly impractical.

BUT - we Brits ought to appreciate this above all others.
 * When you're the biggest fleet, you have freedom to experiment with impractical designs.

My first choice (from when I cared) was Sandi Toksvig (with Bill Bailey as a companion). Although she's Danish you'd never know. :) I'd love to have seen her scolding a Dalek.
