I have not looked at this in detail as regards figures but would say:

FRENCH
infantry - the old French Revolution figures may do, although I have never seen them in the flesh so to speak.
Artillery - possibly need figures in chapeau
Cavalry - would think the 1809 figures would be ok.
PRUSSIAN
1809 Saxon and/or Hessian look about right for all arms.
RUSSIAN
Infantry and artillery would need new figures
Cavalry would need helmet crest modification.

I forgot the Austrians. 1809 figures should be ok.
