Technically the Duke of Cumberland was victorious at Colloden over the Jacobites rather than the Scots but the vast majority of Jacobites present at the battle were of Scots origin     

Cumberland did have highland units in his army at Colloden.

Bonnie Prince Charlie was seeking dominion over all three kingdoms but never quite made it to London, as he turned back at Derby.
